Temet Nosce (Paul K. Lewis, 2025) (Stolen Heart (Pickles) X George Fox (Lewis)) Tet., M, Sev, 5.5″ bloom, 23″ scape, 2 way branching, 12 buds.
Temet Nosce translated means know thyself. I saw it in the movie, The Matrix and it kind of stuck. Seemed fitting for this flower. You can see the influence of Lee Pickles Stolen Heart on this bloom. When I crossed it with my introduction, George Fox I had no idea it would darken the red part of the bloom. Temet Nosce is a dark red flower with a light red watermarked eye zone, blending into a yellow green throat. It doesn’t have the best plant habit, but when it is in bloom, you can’t miss it. One of those special reds that invites you in for a closer look. Easily fertile both ways.
