Psychic Change (Paul Lewis, 2022) (Bowtie Affair (Pierce) X The Fantastic Barbara Watts (Salter J.)) Tet., Sev, M, 5.5″ bloom, 28″ scape, 3 way branching, 15 buds. The many faces of Psychic Change. My best patterned intro to date. This one is special. If you have ever seen my Lewis Daylily Garden videos, then you are familiar with this daylily. (I believe if you do a search for the one dated, 7-7-21, there is an excellent shot of this one in all it’s glory.) I have planted all the seeds from crosses with this daylily because I think it may be a special parent of my future patterned offspring. Lovely peach colored blooms with a violet patterned eye zone and corresponding violet edge blending into a yellow green throat. Fertile both ways. Pattern changes from day to day but is very consistent.
